Office staff often rude. Waiting time way too long. Can rarely get an appt with Dr. Narain and when you do she barely spends any time with you. Feel like a number and not a person. I will never bring my children back. The practice went really down hill after Dr. Rivera left. Im so happy I found him at his new practice and switched to him. So happy with him in his new office. His office staff is wonderful! Everyone is caring and they make you feel at home, like part of an extended family. ...
