I've been going to Doctor Francis for a few years now and he is one of the best Doctors I've ever been to. His office staff is the most polite and they take time to talk to you about your health issues. I've never felt hurried by them.
Doctor Francis diagnosed two issues that I was having that had taken specialists weeks and expensive tests to diagnose correctly. I was amazed at his knowledge. I would highly recommend him.

Rude & Uncaring
He rushed with my appointment and dictated what we will talk about and refused to answer my questions about nutrition and diet. Refused to look at my chart I prepared of my past daily vitals and diet. Instead gave me his chart to bring back next appointment, then he will look at that.
Next visit, made a rude remark on how shocked he was that I even followed his directions!
