Dr Gross and his staff are great. The office is beautiful. Over the past 12 years, i have have had liposuction, botox, a peel and lazer hair removal with Dr Gross. He is honest and doesn't try to sell you what you don't need or want. My mother sees him for filler and botox. Two friends have had him perform face lifts and another had breast implants. We all are so happy with him. The results have all been just beautiful.

Dr. Gross uses permanent suture to close fascia and does not property tie it off and clip loose sutures off so the suture material keeps poking around inside you forever, causing untold amounts of pain and agony. The loose suture material breaks thru the skin every year or two, causing infections and bleeding/oozing. It's been over 7 years since my surgery and I currently am bleeding around a hole caused by the loose sutures. In person, Dr. Gross verbally denies ever using permanent suture material, yet on his written notes he stated that he did use permanent suture and I had another surgeon remove a total of 18 inches of the loose permanent suture that broke thru my skin on about 8 separate occasions since my surgery with Dr. Gross.
