Dr. Kootz is a fabulous doctor. He really cares about your health! He is very thorough and listens intently to your issues. He will search and search and try new things until he finds a solution. He is also very up to date on new procedures, medicines, and illnesses.
The staff (nurses, receptionists) are not very friendly or professional in my opinion, but I continued to see Dr. Kootz anyway because I felt very taken care of by him.
