HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Still not seen an hour after scheduled appointment time. When inquiring about the wait, was told rudely that there were still two people ahead of me and that no, they couldn't say when I'd be seen. When I expressed that that was upsetting, nurse crossed her arms aggressively and refused to treat my son. Dr Gillespie met my complaints about rude behavior with apathy and subtle insults. Two other women in the waiting room were also furious about the rude treatment by staff! Aw...
