Dr. Sultana, in my experience over several months now, is disrespectful and uncaring. For 3 appts. I waited 1 to 1 and a half hours to be called in. Dr. Sultana never apologized for the wait. I found her to not be a good listener. I had researched my condition and had questions which she appeared unhappy about, rather than respect, let alone appreciate, that I took an interest. She actually said I was too concerned and should learn to relax! And here I was in pain! I will not see her again.
