Dr. Richmond is a compassionate and caring doctor. He listened carefully to my concerns and did a thorough exam before making a diagnosis. He explained the tests he ordered and made sure I understood each step he was taking and why. I felt confident about his medical ability. He was able to stabilize my condition and watched over my care until I was able to be released. He gave me clear instructions for my aftercare and followup. His nurses were excellent too.
