I have never had a problem getting a prompt appointment at Kids First-by the way, it is not on Gray Street, whereever that is. No matter what my question, or how busy the office is, my concerns get attention right away. Dr Kim explains everything to me, and answers all of my questions. I would never go to another pediatrician.
