Made complex process manageable on urgent timeline
I heard a tendon pop and immediately lost function. His staff immediately assisted with expediting the many referral and pre-op steps with my other doctors offices and the medical center … just before a holiday.

Excellent!!!
I saw Dr. Ahn for a sore wrist. He diagnosed a tendinitis and told me what I needed to do. I was given a wrist splint and I was on my way in record time. It’s already doing so much better. What a great experience.

The wrist surgery experience with Dr. Ahn was one in which my elderly mother felt very comfortable due to the confidence of Dr. Ahn and the kindness of the doctor and surgical staff, Equipment for proper recovery and copies of medical records were all provided and greatly appreciated.

Caring doctor who listens and has great bedside manner
This is the second time we have brought our son in to see Dr Ahn for injury. Both times their office has accommodated us quickly and efficiently. Dr Ahn has a great way of talking with both parents and kids in a way that is clear and understanding. He’s through and genuinely cares about his patients for long-term recovery.

My only negative was how long it took to get the x-ray down the hall. Of course they had no control over that. That was partially my fault too for not remembering to bring my previous x-rays! Super quick and great explanation
Dr. Ahn was great. I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes and didn’t have to wait forever to see him. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and he let me know my options on how to proceed with my injury. Excellent care with an experienced specialist
I am a classical pianist and suffered a dog bite injury to my right forearm which has impacted movement in my right hand and, in particular, caused nerve damage in my thumb. I selected Dr. Ahn as a specialist because of his high ratings and top reviews. We drove 35 miles from Pasadena to see him, and it was worth the distance as nothing is more important than restoring movement in my hand and learning what to expect long-term with my thumb. Dr. Ahn and his assistant Martin were both outstanding – I felt sincere compassion and genuinely cared for. They both had a gentleness that I deeply appreciated as a sensitive person dealing with a painful injury. I highly recommend Dr. Ahn!
