I wanted to see Dr. Overholser. I was at work and was sick, and called from work, to see if I could get an appointoment. The Receptionist asked me 100,000 questions. I take care of my customers at work, and told the receptionist, that I could be in at 11:00AM ( pre-Set Appointment), and fill out the quesitons then.
