My experience with Dr. Shawn MacDonald as a walk-in patient, pay as I go (office does not accept insurance claims) has been good. Compared to my physician inside my insurance network, requires a scheduled appointment which is typically 2 weeks out, it very good. Post follow-up with his staff is hit and miss at best. I'll receive a VM to call the office, test results and the like. Depending on which staff member answers the phone I may or may not get an answer or a friendly interaction, 1 star
