Although I love Dr Keri, her staff royally screwed up, costing me thousands! Apparently I had a $66 dollar balance that was invoiced to an address I lived at 7 years prior. I was unaware of the bill until I applied for a mortgage. Hackettstown medical sent the claim over to a collection agency who neither called or even investigated into my current address. Hackettstown Medical never changed my address on their end. My credit rating went from 786 down to 660 over a lousy $66 bill. This resulted in a higher mortgage interest rate which totals close to 15 grand over the life of the loan! If you're a patient of this medical group, make sure they have your current address before leaving their office.
