My son has seen Dr. for 13 years. He has always been open to a parent\'s concerns. I like him as a person too. The wait times in the waiting area can be long though and some of the office staff don\'t really exhibit what I would call "people skills", being rather brusque and loudly informing you of your balance in front of a room full of strangers. Notice I said some, most employees are professional yet friendly.
