terrible experience
My husband had an appt to follow up surgery and high blood pressure. They told us they accepted our insurance when we made the appt but when we arrived, they demanded $65 in cash for him to be seen even though our co-pay is only $20. When we questioned this, we were told he would not be seen unless we pain the extra money even though he was in a tremendous amount of pain and his blood pressure in the hospital had been 200/140 and needed rechecking. Quite a bait and switch.
