Excellence as it's best, professionalism at its highest form.
Overall I feel like I was given the absolute best treatment in a long time by a medical professional. Dr. Shen was very personalable, very understanding, and very knowledgeable about the pain I have been experiencing. I highly doubt that I would have received this type of treatment anywhere else. Dr Shen was compassionate and knew about the latest medical treatments that can potentially help me with my current medical issues. Thank you Dr Shen for being a grade above the rest of medical professionals I have dealt with in a very long time.

Dr.Shen seem interested on my explanation of pain. He listen, he didn’t seem rush. He had empathy for my pain and was concerned.
