Dr Jabeen Ahed was the anesthesiologist in charge for my family member's April 2018 surgery at Tampa General. On the morning of the surgery, it became clear that a complex piece of information had not been shared with Dr. Ahed in advance by the Anesthesiology Team. Thank God for Dr. Ahed. Fiercely intelligent, adaptive, and a keen listener, we will forever be grateful for her on-the-spot leadership pre-, intra-, and post-surgery. She is an extraordinary physician and I hope leads a future Team.
