Dr. Guo was so rude and unprofessional I never in my entire life experienced such a disgrace, my son had 2 appointments both times set their for hours never was seen both times remind you my son is a quadriplegic he was was uncomfortable waiting for hours and was never seen Dr. Gou gave no explanation to why my son was never seen when I approached her on the first visit which had to be rescheduled she stated " well you can just reschedule" with an attitude. I was already with my quadriplegic son sitting and waiting for 3 hours in the room. 2nd visit came once again set for hours and was never seen again. Dr. Guo who suppose to be a professional was very unprofessional she came in and slammed the door twice and walked out as if we where invisible. Again this appointment had to be rescheduled but this time I will not see her I refuse to be treated like a piece of trash, who hired this doctor to treat patients like this I want answers.
