First off, Dr. Vereen is a wonderful and very pleasent person. I mean to say nothing bad about his knowledge and professionalism.
My problem is I was made to wait for 11 (eleven) months for copies of my medical records. After many, many faxes and phone calls to his asst/wife Rita I was either ignored, shoved to the side or just blatently lied to about the status of my records.
Although I believe Dr. Vereen was a wonderful, caring doctor, I truly wish I could say the same about his hired staff/...
