Scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Kofinas since he was in network, when I showed up, he was out of the office & I saw another MD, who was not in network. Never met with Dr. Kofinas. Had a hysteroscopy / laparoscopy & 3 unsuccessful IUIs with high dosages of medication. The office should have just suggested IVF with my medical condition.
