Dr. Joshua Beck, MD

After two appointments I have had it. The man interrupts constantly to interject nonsense diagnoses. He orders absolutely needless tests. He failed to chart important information, He failed to review the chart before consultation. He and his Career Point quality staff do not understand insurance basics. His staff is condescending. Perhaps if this guy started medical school all over again he might have a chance.

2 years ago after 10 years of service due to changes in my insurance network I had to search for another doctor.The next two doctors I could not feel comfortable with. With Dr. Beck I find compassion and understanding. He gives me attention and does not rush me through an appointment. His Med.Asst. calls me with results as soon they are available. I have several different diagnosis which make it complicated to prescripe meds but Dr.Beck does not show if he would be overwhelmed like the other two...

DR. JOSHUA BECK AND HIS STAFF LACK THE COMPASSION AND KNOWLEDGE TO BE IN THIS FIELD. I WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT VERY QUICK, NOW I KNOW WHY, NO ONE WANTS TO SEE HIM! THE STAFF NEVER RETURNS ANY MESSAGES, NEVER CALLS IN PRESCRIPTIONS, NEVER CALLS WITH ANY RESULTS WHEN THEY SAY THEY WOULD, AND THE WAITING TIME IS RIDICULOUS! HE IS VERY YOUNG AND SEEMS VERY UNKNOWLEDGABLE. WE DECIDED TO SWITCH DRS BECAUSE IT WAS NOT GETTING ANY BETTER. HE AND HIS STAFF SHOULD BE ASHAMED ABOUT HOW THEY'RE RUNNI...

The office is very clean and appointment times respected. Dr. Beck is a very focused young man who is also very thorough and careful. He is professional, friendly, likable, but not distant and investigates very carefully. He is a real find in San Antonio and I for one will stay in his practice.
