He was very kind and thorough in his evaluation and explanation. Would definitely recommend him for any knee problem.

I have had a terrific experience with Dr. Heard. The staff here at Tulane have been quick and pleasant for every visit. The Staff at the hospital where I had my ACL surgery were the same as well. Only thing I would do different is have done my Physical Therapy here instead of where I did it due to the technology here being far more advanced as far as machines go.
