Wonderful!

I have been going to Dr. Lee for over ten years. She is the best. She diagnosed my macular degeneration when no one else had. She removed my cataracts earlier this year. I just love her and her associates!

Amazing experience - cataract removal

Dr Lee has taken care of my eyes for a number of years, so when it was time to remove my cataract, I had full faith in her. She explained the procedure and answered all my questions. The surgery itself was painless. First, the cataract was removed with a laser. No pain at all. What I saw was orange and red for a short time. Then, the new lens was put in. I saw bright colors and felt slight pressure, but no pain. I also had an istent put in for my glaucoma.

Received wonderful care

I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Lee's ability. I would not want anyone else to do the surgery. I had no complications following the surgery. I had thought that I would. I feel that she really listened to what I wanted done.

A great experience

I was very nervous about having cataract surgery. I had no idea what to expect. I had several appointments that led up to the actual surgery. I never had to wait. Everything was explained to me really well. The front office staff was always polite and knowledgeable. Dr Lee had several surgeries scheduled for the same day that I had surgery but still got me in on a timely basis. She talked me through it while she was doing the surgery so that I felt relaxed. No complications following surgery

Great doctor, very patient

Dr. Lee saw me when I was going through some eye dryness issues, due to the side-effects of the medication I was taking. She really took her time to listen, came up with a plan to improve the eye irrigation and did a follow-up to see how I was doing. It was a great experience and she's the only eye doctor I've been to since then!

Great eye doctor, office staff could use a little more training in customer service

Dr. Lee is a wonderful eye doctor, I would Reccomend her. Unfortunately, the office staff has had some turnover. I was just there today (3/10/18) to pick out glasses. Also, my husband and daughter both had eye appt.’s & were getting new glasses also. We were in the office for over 2 hours. Twice I was ignored by one of the staff members when I needed help so he could help someone who had just walked in even though I was waiting. We spent thousands of dollars there. I felt invisible.

Exceptional Eye Care From A First Rate Professional

I have been a patient of Dr Jennifer Lee since she established her business in Kirkland some years ago. She has performed my regular eye exams on an annual basis as well as cataract surgery on both eyes involving the implantation of vision correcting lenses. I can say without hesitation that Dr Lee is outstanding in her profession and I would recommend her to anyone seeking quality eye care.

The Best

I have been a nurse for over forty years and an operating room nurse for more than 38 years. I have never seen a more skilled and caring eye doctor in all my career. Dr. Lee's abilities in and out of the operating room makes her the choice for knowledgeable consumers. Dr.Lee in her office is the kindest and most competent physician you could ever want. Tear Duct Plugs

I had extremely dry eyes. I was desperate for relief. Nothing I was doing at home was working. Just trying to get my eyes open in the morning was extremely painful. Dr. Jennifer Lee suggested dissolving tear duct plugs. The procedure took seconds, the relief was IMMEDIATE and the shocking part was that I did not feel them go into the duct at all!!! This was a lifesaving procedure for me. I have recommended it to my family and friends that are suffering. It takes seconds & it's painfree
