Worst doctor experience I've ever had

I saw Dr.Cook in Austintown, ohio for a swollen, painful knee which I could barely limp around on. She told me she didn't need any info from me because she "overheard" me talking to the nurse who triaged me. Since I have a history of rheumatoid arthritis and baker cysts, she said "I do not have a magic wand to make that go away, or a magic diagnosis to give you". She was clearly uninterested in my pain and could care less that I had been in tears most of the day from the pain. She offered to write me a script for an anti inflammatory for 5 days worth of pills! And when my dad asked about something to ease my pain for a few days, she refused and replied "you do know this is an urgent care, that's a primary doctor issue." I will never ever visit her again or the facility where she was located.

I have been Dr. Sandra Cook's patient.

I went to see Dr. Cook in Austin Town, Ohio... From the start, she made me feel like dirt. As a patient, I expected at least to be heard for a few seconds for my reason to seek her medical attention. I had been to the ER and treated by two Doctors who diagnosed me with sprain-strain to my ankle four days prior to my visit with Dr. Cook. On the other-hand, Dr. Cook seemed to believe that I was making it up! that I was fine and therefore she released me to work the same day. I was in so much pain.. I told her that. She however, would not believe me. Dr. Cook wrote in her notes to the Ohio Beaureu of Workers comp a negative assessment of me. In a way to hurt me even more.. I'm sure I'm not the only person who has been treated in such a degrading way by Dr. Sandra Cook.. I want others to know my personal story with Dr. Sandra Cook. As you read my evaluation of Dr. Sandra Cook please consider three things: 1. My up most respect for the medical profession providers. 2. My willingness to share my story .3- My poor story telling style.
