I am a diabetic and come to see Dr. Dwyer regularly. Dr.Dwyer is very thorough and does a great job keeping my feet in their best shape. The entire office staff is always caring and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Dwyer and the enitre NHLES team for all your foot care needs.

Saw Dr. Dwyer after months of pain and seeing other foot docs in area. Dr. Dwyer was professional and knowledgeable. After asking me a few questions, he made an adjustment to the inserts in my shoes and I felt immediate relief. I will be following up with Dr. Dwyer for my diabetic foot care and will refer everyone I know. He is a nice guy, with a great bed side manner and definitely knows his stuff.

I came here before covid and didn't come back for a year. I came back for the same recurring issues. It was even better then before! Dr. Dwyer also recommends things to best fit your needs/ life style with timing and cost effective! I would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Dwyer really cares about his patients. He explained everything so I could understand and did not get annoyed with my many questions. He explained all of my options and suggested a conservative approach rather than to jump into surgery, which I was told was my only option. I have had good results with his approach so far and really trust that he has my best interest at heart. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Really great doctor. I had to have 2 ingrown toenails removed at the same visit. I DID NOT feel a thing! Dr. Dwyer answered all of my questions before numbing me for the procedure, a few minutes later the toenails were removed and the pain was gone. Follow up instructions were clear, Dora at the front desk is great too!!!! She got me in to see the doctor very quickly, helped me get the forms on line so I could fill them out at home which saved me time, gave great directions and is overall very pleasant follow up visit was just as easy as the first visit. Definitely go see Dr. Dwyer for your footcare needs!

Dr. Dwyer quickly and accurately diagnosed a long term problem that many doctors, including an orthopedic doctor missed. After answering a few questions, a painless examination and an on site xray, Dr. Dwyer treated the problem and gave me instant relief. He was attentive, answered all of my questions and made the appointment enjoyable. The girls in the office from front desk check in to the medical staff in the back just add to the great atmosphere. I will drive the extra miles to Bel Air to see this doctor and recommend him to everyone who needs a podiatrist,
