She completed a subspecialty training year in inflammatory bowel disease at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medicine. Her research interests include healthcare inequities and socioeconomic determinants of health, and utilization of intestinal ultrasound in guiding treatment management for Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC).
