When tests are administered, this practice ALWAYS calls with the results—whether positive or negative. For an established patient, they will always work you in for a same day appointment, when ill. They always answer the phone during office hours, follow through on referrals and prescription renewals and the office staff is always pleasant. Dr. Poret’s Nurse Practioner is wonderful. Can’t forget the gentleman, who runs her onsite lab. He’s the best phlebotomist that I have ever encountered.
