The staff of Dr Patel can't seem to get it together. My husband needed the Vein Ablasion but the staff wasn't able to get the paperwork to the insurance company to get the procedure approved. My husband requested the staff member to forward his email that he sent to the insurance company with the paperwork attached. He wasn't able to do that, so if made me believe that the staff never emailed it in the first place. They put us off a week or two several times. Still haven't heard from them
