Attentive and professional
I walked in for a yearly check up and expressed concern regarding certain reactions I have been having. The Dr Julian and her colleague were very attentive and carried several tests in order to get to the root of my discomfort.

Amazing Place & Doctor
This is my first PCP experience since moving to NYC and I have to say I made a great choice with Dr Julian. No waiting around as I was called right on time, the nurse who took my vitals was very pleasant; the doctor was great, asked the right questions and listened to my concerns & explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Overall great experience.

A Scary Problem Resolved
I presented with what was potentially a blood clot in my left calf. EKG and ultrasound were performed. Very thorough.
Thankfully, it was determined that it was an infection. Keflex was prescribed. A follow up appointment was made for a week later. It appears to be getting better.

Competent but not exceptional
Dr. Julian was nice and seemed competent, but was super quick—I felt like I talked more to the nurse practitioner than the doctor. I was expecting her to do a few more things during the annual, like check my reflexes, potentially conduct an eye test, and maybe explain a bit more about the EKG test they offer at Manhattan Medical (I'd never had that at an annual before), but she was in and out. Totally satisfactory, but didn't feel super attentive

Dr. Julian can spend a little more time building trust and a relationship with her patients. She seems to be in a rush and not very willing to engage in conversation. Otherwise, she is lovely and is quite accomodating.
