I waited about 45 minutes past my appointment time and was seen for a total of 5 minutes. Dr. Ramos is kind and caring and knows his job. I have no complaints about him. Receptionist is very courteous and professional. Back office staff, however, does not seem to know what they are doing. No problems can be resolved in 1 phone call. It usually takes 5 or 6 calls to resolve issues which should be "routine" and there is never any follow-up done, they don't believe in "Courtesy Calls" to update the patient.
