Dr. Ye is very clinically astute. She is brilliant and yet humble. Her bedside manners should be a standard for all to follow. The unfortunate part is the staff. One of them Crystal, she is cold and aloof, no kindness at all. Its unfortunate that all of the others' efforts in giving quality care is tainted by someone like her. However return each time because Dr. Ye is one amazing doctor. I just wish we didn't have to interact with Crystal every time. :(
