Dr. Katherine Martin, DO

I have been a patient of Dr. Martin for the last 5 years. She listens very carefully to everything I have to share and then practices the art of medicine. Asks question and has a very knowing touch. She is realistic about the fact that people have different lifestyles and commitment to getting well. She works within each person's parameters. She is compassionate but very quick witted. All I know is that whenever I leave Dr. Martin's office, I feel better or leave with a plan to feel better. I recommend her to all.

She does not take time even to listen but makes snap judgements. Made me wait over an hour each time I or my husband saw her. Too quick to prescribe pills that don't take care of the main problem.

Very knowlegeable, able to treat a wide variety of ailments. Is passionate about preventive medicine instead of just treating symptoms.

Terrible bedside manner. What Doctor spends more time talking about how much she is not getting paid for your visit everytime you see her. I have 3 insurances you can't tell me you aren't making enough to at least shut up and treat me. I saw her for an entire year and she never caught the fact that I had 3 blocked arteries and a 10cm mass under my arm. Now I'm in the hospital and she is refusing to write my referral to the cancer doctor until I come in for an office visit so she can get paid. RI...
