I saw Dr. Dykstra for a visit and was prescribed a medication and told if it wasn't covered to call back and they would send the next option. Called my insurance after it was declined and found exactly what would be covered. called the providers office and now two weeks and a dozen calls later still no script called in and I'm still without medication. His staff is incredibly rude and difficult to deal with.
