He is just amazing dealing with Colon Cancer and a huge hematoma. His diagnosis was accurate. The treatment plan advised was perfect. He used the latest robotic surgery technique leaving a very minor scar. Healing was fast and much easier than other surgeries I have endured. When I have questions he is very easy to get a hold of and returns calls as quick as he can. He has great bedside manner doing his best to keep his patients at ease. My husband was unable to be at the hospital due to his job when I was diagnosed. Dr. Frattini was concerned that My husband would be worried and filled with questions so he got my husbands phone number and called right away. He saved my life and I am forever grateful. I am in need of more surgery that is not exactly in his line of expertise so the surgeon I will be using has asked for Dr. Frattini to assist as he knows the challenges I face and he can do clean up of scars from other major surgeries. I am thrilled that he will be there to assist and feel so safe. He was on vacation when I had to have a procedure done and appeared by phone just in case the doctors had questions for him. When he got back he dropped by my room to say Hello that he was there if I needed him. I cannot brag enough about him. I was not happy with a few of the office staff members yet loved the rest and told him what the issue was. He addressed my concerns and all is well. I called last night and they got me through to him without an issue. He addressed my latest concerns regarding upcoming surgery and put me at ease. He is number one in my book!
