I was sick and needed a doctor. Every place that I called told me it would be 4-6 week to schedule a new patient visit. A friend told me to call Dr. Adams. When I called and explained that I did not have a doctor, but I was sick and did not want to go to the emergency room for a sick visit. I was given an appointment that same day. When I told my friend what happened, she said that she already knew that was going to happen. She wanted me to feel the same surprise that she had only a few months earlier. When I asked the office staff if this was a normal policy and I was told that sick patients could be seen the same day of their call. Dr. Adams is such a sweet person. she is genuine and caring.
I will refer anyone that needs a doctor. Excellent experience.
