Excellent service from Dr Beer and staff. Dr called me in the middle of the night to check on me after a procedure. Dr Beer and his physician assistants are all very caring and professional and have an excellent knowledge. Denise is also very nice and very experienced and makes you feel like a million bucks!

I've gotten several chemical peels on my face at Balfour Dermatology and it's made a significant difference in my skin. I've had acne since I was younger and have gone on multiple pills and used many different topical gels that never worked, and up until today getting chemical peels done has been the only thing that has helped clear up my face. I see Denise, an esthetician here that does a fantastic job and makes your experience here very pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend going here!

I have been transformed by Balfour Dermatology. I have had Botox, filler, chemical peels, chin and upper lip hair laser, sun dark spot inspection and moles removed. I have wanted to do this for so many years and I am SO happy that I finally found Dr. Beer's practice. I even brought my boyfriend in for anti-cancer treatments. Being a Rancher, he is greatly exposed to the elements and products that are available on the over-the-counter do not fit the bill. I highly recommend Balfour Dermatology to everyone. I was seen very promptly. Ana, one of the medical assistant, made me feel very calm and reassured. Dr Beer explained all my options and answered all my questions in a way where I could understand. The Ambiance of the office is great overall!

I went to Dr. Beer for terrible redness and adult acne. He took one look at me and knew what I needed. I didn't believe it would work, nor did I have faith in his "treatment". Well, I'm here to tell he's amazing! I'm proof that Dr. Beer knew exactly how to finally fix my acne problems. This is something I have battled for years! We came to Dr Beers office because my son was having a skin issue. We had previously gone to a Walnut Creek dermatologist that did not recommend treatment for his Vitiligo. It has since spread to a new spot, so I came to Dr Beers office for a second opinion. He explained the treatment and the benefit of it. If I had started the treatment the likelihood of the Vitiligo spreading could have been prevented. I am thankful for this visit

I have psoriasis for over 10 years. I Have been seen by dermatologist before. I have tied creams but UV light treatments and so on and so forth until I was losing hope. My internal Med doctor recommended me to Dr, Beer. He prescribed injection which done wonders for my psoriasis. I would highly recommend this Clinic. Dr, Beer is easy to talk to and the staff are all great.

I thought Kim Mello PA was very nice and made me feel comfortable, she was very pleasant and has a good personality. She really pays attention. She was very helpful keeping prescription costs down due to my financial situation.

Very accommodating....wasn't told when making appt that I could not get a total body scan for cancer at this appt and it would actually be done at the next appt. After talking with staff, they were very helpful and did the full check today for me...Thanks so much for being able to do that, it's extremely difficult for me to schedule personal appts due to my job as a mail carrier and never knowing what time I will actually end work each day.

The Dr was very nice and I am so happy with what he did. I have tried other Drs and I wasn't able to get any help and was referred to Dr. Beer and finally got some help.

I visited Dr. Beer after an online search for a new dermatologist as I was not happy with my previous provider. My office wait time was approximately 15 minutes and he was very pleasant and reassuring, He provided me with useful information on my skin issues and was reassuring. He also patiently answered all of my questions. I drove all the way out from Alameda and feel it was definitely worth the drive.

I came with severe itchiness on my back. Dr. Beer was very sympathetic and aware of my concerns. He was able to treat me quickly and I always feel well taken care of every time I come in.
