In the darkest period of my life, Dr. Hoener --serving as a member of White Team and other teams -- visited my bedside not only daily, but often multiple times throughout the day. He safely, smoothly, and without further traumatizing me, walked me through the events I had experienced. I had suffered from both retrograde and anterrograde amnesia, of which ramifications he walked me through as he assisted me in piecing together my life together. He is an angel and a man of extraordinary skill.
