Either she's always overbooked, or can't manage her schedule very well. Although she will keep you waiting over an hour for every appointment, she takes less than 5 minutes with you in the exam room. She doesn't return phone calls in a timely fashion, and takes 1-2 weeks to respond to the pharmacy when you need a refill.
