Dr. Laberge can't speak English and is Ignorant!
Dr. Laberge sent my sister's friend (We will call Jill) home from the E.R. without doing a thorough exam. Upon leaving the E.R. she vomited and then fainted in the car. It seems Dr. Laberge's inability to understand English, prevented her from understanding that Jill had been vomiting blood for over 3 days, and was severely dehydrated. Dr. Laberge ignored the low electrolyte levels and did not administer an IV. Jill was taken to another hospital where she is being treated for her condition.
