Do not Use this Doctor. Completley unprofessional and shady business practices. If he asks for a credit card numbeer for extra charges (DO NOT PROVIDE CC number). He will cause multiple errors in taking from your credit card and will refuse to help fix his own errors. He made a completely positive experience turn negative. If you are a Doctor who needs antheisaologists, DO NOT Partner with this guy, he will ruin your business.
