I called to ask a question abouot my initial visit. The woman who answered seemed annoyed by the use of the word "intake" because at first, she didn't realize what I meant. When she did, she then asks me, FULL of attitude, "Have you ever been to a doctor before??" implying that I was stupid. I was nothing but polite to her and in fact, I went out of my way to make sure I had asked the question as simply as possible for her, knowing that she was the receptionist and not the actual doctor.
