after my insurance have settled doctor's claim, since I was told to pay upfront fees even though my insurance plan have a $0 copay, I was informed by doctor staff that my refund would be less than I expected since they round up their settled claims from insurance company to the nearest dollar. I was even told that they will deduct money from my refund check to cover postage if I want it mailed as I am 20 miles away from their office.This is a red flag & worth reporting to BBB.
