brilliant neurologist
I am very impressed with Dr. Serban's medical knowledge, bedside manners and professionalism. She is a brilliant neurologist with a big heart. Dr. Serban diagnosed me in no time and we started right away the treatment. I've seen numerous neurologist over the years for my progressive muscle weakness and none of those former physicians took the time to examine me thoroughly and therefore had no diagnosis until I saw Dr. Serban. I'm very grateful to her. My works cannot thank her enough.

Best Neurologist I've came across. I've seen several Neurologist in search for a diagnosis. It took several years without a definite answer. Finally, I found Dr. Serban. In record time, not only I have a diagnosis, but she went over her way to approve treatment for me. I'm much better now thanks to Dr. Serban. I'm very grateful.
