Dr.Bulger is a creep and his office staff is horrible.His office staff is very rude and short with you.Bulger is not friendly what so ever he walked in barely says a word looks at you
and says what do you need?Like my daughter is there for fun.She injured her wrist in volleyball and hasnt been able to turn it properly.Dr.Bulger was half way flirting with my
14 year old daughter and super rude to me.This guy obviously is just in it for the money he certainly isnt friendly and his office staff...
