Dr. McGhee took over the practice of my former primary care physician. I had grown fond of my former physician and her staff. I wasn't prepared to accept Dr. McGhee. On my first visit I was convinced that Dr. McGhee is the Doctor for me! The office decor is welcoming, and the staff is very professional and friendly at the same time. My appointment was for 2:45 and I didn't have to wait to be seen. Dr. McGhee was prepared to see me. she had actually reviewed my chart prior to my arrival. When I first saw Dr. McGhee I thought she wasn't going to be friendly; however, she immediately put me at ease. She talked to me and not at me. We covered my reason for the visit and she then went over my chart to make sure my medications were up-to-date. Nurse Emelda took my blood and I didn't even feel the needle. By the way, Dr. McGhee diagnosed my current problem and prescribed medicine. The Office transmitted my prescriptions to MY CVS and they were ready by the time I got home. I am now a proud patient of Dr. McGhee. I look forward to my next visit, hope to see you there!
