Westchase Physical Therapy was a great place for rehab. I got excellent results and always was treated by my PT. I have received PT before but never at this level. % out of 5 stars

Terrible
Mr Creadon's facility was extremely dirty. He argues with employees in front of patients and is very abrasive while on the phone. I would not come back here even if I had an arm growing out of my head and only he knew how to treat it.
