Dr. did not take the time to treat his own diagnosis. He diagnosed as a viral infection but only game Pepto as a solution. Things got worse not better, had to seek treatment elsewhere since antibiotics were not even an option with this Dr. He needs to brush up on his medical journals and actually treat people, do a blood test if its needed.
