One of the best experiences I’ve had in my life at a doctors visit. He really toook the time to listen and help me with my issue I’m having and gabe me peace of mind. The whole patient experience From the front deck to his asst to him was a pleasure. Highly recommend!

Great bedside manner with kids!
Our entire experience was seamless as a new patient. From making the appointment online, to getting access to the patient portal to fill out computerized new patient forms to a very quick wait before being seen by our wonderful doctor - I was very impressed. Dr. Scheibelhoffer was friendly. He immediately put my child at ease. He assessed thoroughly and quickly - explaining as he went so that both parent and child could understand. He was patient but efficient. He took care of the issue and then some!
He came highly recommended and I will do the same in the future! Great doc... great practice! Well done!

Great doctor with clear and direct explanation of problem
The doctor listened to my concerns, explained what he needed to do in order to see the problem. He explained everything that he was doing. He answered all my questions and concerns in a clear and easy to understand manner. I felt that I was given his total attention.

professional and caring staff
Dr. Scheibelhoffer was caring and supportive and allayed my fears about my hearing. He handled the situation professionally and with accuracy. I especially liked his great chairside manner which is so important to us older patients and very important to me. As a retired nurse with many years experience working with great doctors who had no bedside manner I most appreciate a doctor who can talk to me and make me feel important and not just a diagnosis.
Doctor Sckiebelhoffer did all that and more. I would highly recommend him to others.

Sinus issues solved
Dr Scheibelhoffer was very thorough and looked at my sinus issues and figured out the problems right away. He even sent me to Dr Sohn for further testing. He came up with a treatment plan and both were great with explaining everything to me. I'd highly recommend both of them. Especially Dr John!

Comfortable
This was My first appointment with Dr. Scheibelhoffer. I was referred by a friend. I went in very nervous but the minute I Walked into the room and was greeted by Dr. Scheibelhoffer, the nervousness went away. He listened to me and told me step by step what he was going to do. I was very impressed with both Dr Scheibelhopper and the medical group overall
This was my first visit with Dr. S., and also first visit I had with an E,N&T medical concern in many years. Dr. S. presents a reassuring balance of both professionalism and sensibility. I left confidant as to Dr. S's diagnosis and recommendation....and pleased that he didn't push for any inappropriate follow up measures or unnecessary prescriptions.

Dr. Scheibelhoffer gave me hope that we can solve my sinus issues after all these years.
Dr. Scheibelhoffer was so friendly and nice. When he did the one procedure he walked me through it and was so careful not to make it bothersome. He walked me through next steps and told me that he would do everything to help me solve my sinus issues, which after all these years of suffering, gave me hope. The staff was also so friendly and efficient. I didn't wait long in the waiting room which was great.
