we all like sex but some of us dont talk about it, but we should and Dr Aquirre is the One to go to
late 50's two children feeling loose even tho my partner doenst say so, after consulting with Dr Aguirre he gave me great options and is very compassionate, kind, and doesnt push anything on you including surgery. Today we did the Geneve and Femlift lasers. Wendy, Jacque, Jody and All the staff are incredible, they are all here to help Us! so worth the over 425 mile drive from South Dakota.

I am amazed how the treatment increased my libido and enhanced my orgasmic experiences
Dr Aguirre is a soft spoken gentle man who made me feel very comfortable to open up about my sexuality ,my needs what I liked to happen.
This treatment not only enhanced my sexual life it also decreased my urinary urgency , pressure and leakage.
I highly recommend the treatment of the O shot and vaginal laser therapy ,no matter what age it feels good to be rejuvenated, not only benefiting me but my partner also.

Life Changing
I had originally went to Dr Aguirre for stress incontinence and unhappiness with the basic appearance of my vagina. I am 48 years old and a mother of 5. My sex was good but as a woman I was having a very hard time having orgasms and feeling confident about the way my vagina looked. I was very nervous when I went in for my first visit, but the staff and Dr Aguirre put me at immediate ease. He has such a gentle way of explaining everything to you that makes you so comfortable talking about very personal things. I moved forward with my procedures and it has been literally life changing. Beyond Impressed!
Dr. Aguirre and his staff were beyond helpful. Dr. Aguirre's gentle approach to a delicate subject matter put me right at ease. He was exceptionally thorough in his examination and explaining all of my surgical and non-surgical options. I was made to feel comfortable enough that I felt like I was the only patient being seen in his office. I believe that not only my symptoms are being treated, but me as a whole. I am delighted to be coming from Arizona to receive my care from Dr. Aguirre. I would make the trip time and time again.

Corrected my incontinence issues & I wish I had done this sooner!
Dr Aguirre answered all my questions and didn't pressure me with any procedures I didn't want. I will admit I initially felt uncomfortable with all the cosmetic procedures that were advertised all over the office, but didn't actually receive any high pressure to choose them.

Dr Aguirre has helped me regain confidence and pleasure back in my life. I have suffered with chronic pelvic pain and have had many treatments to care for it. Dr Aguirre spent the time to review my history, gave a thorough exam and testing to come up with a plan to address my needs. Together we came up with a treatment plan. The O Shot changed my life. I no longer am afraid of embarrassing leakage , having to wear pads and keep a change of clothes with me whenever I left the house. Waking multiple times a night to use the bathroom never having a good nights sleep, and multiple stops during trips to constantly use the bathroom have become a thing of the past. I would recommend the O shot, and have , to my best friends, daughters, and mothers. Along with the shot I received a lazer treatment that has improved my vaginal dryness and has added to my sexual pleasure, along with the O shot. I am ABSOLUTELY pleased with the outcome of my procedure.
Dr. Aguirre and his staff are exactly what I had hoped for. I had previously given lots of thought about having a labiaplasty but was too scared or nervous to actually see a physician about it. After my initial consult with Dr. Aguirre, I knew he was exactly who I had been looking for. He was so thorough with his explanation of the procedure and made me feel comfortable about it. He gave me his input on what he thought would be best for me but made sure it was what I was wanting as well. With every follow up, he talked me through and showed me where and what I should expect. I cant't even begin to explain how pleased I am with Dr. Aguirre and his team. This was a life changing procedure for me and I'll always thank him for that.

Smply the Best Experience & Results
After researching and interviewing doctors regarding my pelvic floor prolapse, a doctor friend referred Dr Aguirre. Not only did he take time to explain my prolapse, but his method of repair was safer and more in line with my comfort level. The surgery and recovery was a success and I'm on the path of retaining my pelvic floor with physical therapy. After years of leakage & constipation, both issues are no long a challenge.
I happily refer Dr Aguirre as a great surgeon and a doctor who truly cares about his patients.

One of the best decisions I ever made for my health.
I was having some symptoms with urinary leakage as well as troubling symptoms I did not understand with my bowel movements as well. My experience during sex had also changed. My regular ob/gyn didn't really have any information or suggestions for me as to what might be happening. I found Dr. Aguirre with an internet search and made an appointment. It was the best decision I have ever made for my health. I understood exactly what had happened and why and his evaluation gave me specific "numbers" as to how severe my condition was at the time and what to expect as I aged. I opted for surgery even though it meant 6 weeks off work. The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked with my insurance and the hospital. Dr. Aguirre was always available for questions and concerns before and after the surgery at anytime. He was very sensitive to the nature of these issues.This has changed my life for the better. Excellent
I came here with quite uncomfortable lichen sclerosis, declining libido and a reluctance to have intimacy. I had been taking clobetasol for 10 years.
Things were getting more and more painful and itching despite the topical treatment.
After 3 vaginal laser treatments, 2 PRP injections and an O shot, I honestly feel like my quality of life has gone back at least 10 years. No discomfort with intimacy, my lichen has improved dramatically, I have not used clobetasol since receiving this treatment from Dr. Aguirre. I saw him today for a post treatment check after 8 months and upon examination he told that the lichen sclerosis was very very minimal and was very happy with the result. This made me happy to have this confirmation from him that my intimate areas were much more healthy than in the past. I will see him in early fall to reevaluate the condition of the skin and decide upon what maintenance treatments are necessary to maintain this much improved status. I am SO glad I chose to come here and have this treatment by Dr. Aguirre.

Stress Incontinence, Urge Incontinence, O-Shot
I am a Pharmacist in the Healthcare field and found Dr Aguirre after prolapse of my bladder and rectum due to a hysterectomy in my early forties. He has amazing diagnostic skills, surgical skills and ability to explain very difficult and personal female issues. Dr. Aguirre has also introduced me to new types of medical advances that have tremendously helped with both my urge and stress incontinence (the O-Shot with PRP). After about 4 to 5 weeks of the shot I am off all anti-spasms medications for urinary frequency/urgency. I highly recommend him for any woman that has gynecological or urinary questions and not to suffer in silence as you age or after having children. I also recommend him for younger girls because he does a great job of explaining the female anatomy so that you feel comfortable with your sexuality. Dr Aguirre's staff is very professional, available to answer my questions, kind, and the follow through is prompt which I do not find with most doctors. Worth the visit.

I had a rectocele repair, vaginoplasty, labiaplasty, and anal tag repair. I wish I came in sooner and didn't wait years to have this surgery. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Amazing overall experience, I did not think surgery could be stress free!
I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Aguirre and his team. They made me feel so comfortable and treated me like a person, not just a patient. They were so accommodating with me as I am an out of country patient and were willing to work around my flight times and everything. They made sure to talk to me and understand the results I was looking for, and I am so happy with the final results. Only 1 week post op and I am already happier with my appearance, and it'll only get better from here!

Excellent Dr. and care
My experience with Dr. Aguirre's office has been excellent from the beginning. Every detail was explained thoroughly and I was never pressured to do anything. Dr. Aguirre was very knowledgeable about the problems I had been dealing with for a number of years. I felt very comfortable that I was in the right place and that Dr. Aguirre was the right doctor to see. Not only was he amazing, but his whole staff was very nice and caring through the entire process. The staff was always very easy to get a hold of with any questions and/or concerns, including Dr. Aguirre. Dr. Aguirre even took time out of his schedule on the weekend to help me with a problem after the surgery.

Vagio-plasty surgery
I had a great experience with Dr. Aguirre and his staff. He was there to answer all of my questions or any concerns that I had, regardless of what day I called or what time. I plan to come back in 6 weeks to get an O-shot. I just had my 6 week check up after my surgery and I am extremely pleased with my results.

Major improvement, worth every penny
Dr. Aguirre was exceptional throughout this entire experience. I trusted him and his staff fully to make decisions and recommendations where necessary. They're extremely professional, kind, and very attentive at all stages of the procedure. The very best doctor you could ever go to for your feminine needs
Dr. Aguirre is who you want to go to for any issues you may have with your vagina. I trust him so much I come from out of state, and he is the only Dr. I will travel to see. He has helped me with my sexual self-esteem. I feel confident and know I can be sexually confident now with my partner. Something I could not be after the births of my daughters. But now I am!
