LOVE him
After decades of suffering debilitating back problems, I finally got tired of being prescribed medications to mask the pain and being told nothing was wrong, I googled top spinal surgeons in NYC and found Dr. Jenkins. Apparently, other doctors read reports written by technicians but don't study the images. Diagnosed with Sacroiliatis, Fibromyalgia and degenerative spinal disease, but Dr. Jenkins, viewing the same images, immediately saw bertollotis syndrome. He also discovered an old cervical fusion I had years before never healed (NYU surgeon told me time and again there was no reason for my neck pain and that the surgery had healed beautifully). He took immediate action, and my neck is now feeling much better at merely 4months post op. I am now looking forward to a full recovery so that he can fix my lower back. His beside manner, attentions and professionalism are unquestionably impeccable.

The Miracle Worker
I never felt more confident in a doctor in my life! Dr Jenkins and his team were on point and I left with no BS! BS...Bertolotti’s Syndrome. Lol Dr Jenkins is not a one and done doctor but a lifelong, caring and devoted physician.

Outstanding physician!!
Imagine having severe lower back pain for the better part of a year. You receive a diagnosis from a top neurosurgeon. The treatment consisted of physical therapy and a steroid injection. Net result - the severe pain is still present. This is when I sought out Dr. Jenkins, and am I glad I did! In a nutshell, Dr. Jenkins is a very caring, world-class neurosurgeon. Dr. Jenkins properly diagnosed my condition and explained things with such clarity and detail. He answered alI of my questions. I learned things about my lower back that I was unaware of. He said my condition required "a creative approach". How right he was. He recommended two bilateral steroid injections in my lower back. I felt relief right away. It's been a month since my injections and I am pain-free and back to walking/jogging and playing golf. I am also getting a good night sleep! I am so grateful to Dr. Jenkins! I highly recommend Dr. Jenkins to anyone suffering from a back/spine condition!

My intuition was right.....a fabulous surgeon with a great bedside manner!

There is a no better Neurosurgeon than Dr. Jenkins in NYC!
He is a great and excellent neurosurgeon. I have had an excellent experience here and his staff is extremely accommodating. He believes in nothing but the best for his patients and treats accordingly. If someone has a back problem I would not hesitate to go to him. His advise on second opinions is extraordinary.

Amazing
Dr. Arthur Jenkins was a blessing to my life. After dealing with a herniated disc that caused severe pain,weakness, and numbness going from my neck down to my arm, he performed an ACDF surgery which relieved my symptoms. He is an amazingly skilled surgeon, kind person, and his staff is great as well. Thank you so much Dr. Jenkins!

When I first came to see Dr Jenkins I had severe pain down my left arm due to a pinched nerve. He performed a minimally invasive surgery on my neck and now the pain is gone. Thank you so much Dr Jenkins now I can finally have my life back.

Finally, a doctor who really loves to heal patients!
Finally, a doctor who really loves to heal patients. A caring, and concerned physician and surgeon who changed my life with both cervical and lumbar surgery and allowed me to reconnect with a normal life. I could not overstate the difference Dr. Jenkins has made to my physical condition. He also helped another member of my family in resolving a back issue and did so, so thoroughly that another life threatening issue was discovered in time so treatment could and did make a difference. I'm not sure that I know another physician who would have taken Dr. Jenkins' approach in handling this matter.

Excellent Experience
Any and all questions were answered. After 9 surgeries with other doctors that were not a success, his surgery was finally a success. Staff are also excellent as well.

Excellent Doctor
Doctor Jenkins has helped me get my life back together. He is extremely knowledgeable and his bedside manner is extraordinary. I highly recommend him. He has performed 2 surgeries on me and has given me back my quality of life. Although I still have some pain, it is so much more tolerable.

Dr. Jenkins is a great doctor. He explained everything very well, part by part about my spine, surgery and treatment. The staff is also excellent.

Dr. Jenkins and his team are amazing and by far the most helpful anyone has been with my condition.
I would really recommend contacting them if you have chronic back pain and are not taken seriously by your family doctor.

Dr. Jenkins saved my life!
I was referred to Dr. Jenkins, as the expert regarding my issue, which was dire (following a previous surgery, and dozens of other doctors, diagnoses and treatments...over months and months). I cannot say enough amazing things about the office, staff, and doctor. They received me quickly, expertly, ordered needed tests, worked with hospital staff and other departments to also help me, and now I am ALIVE (thank goodness) and on my way to recovery. Thank you!!!
