Dr. Olaes has the touch of old school in terms of caring with personal touch of compassion. Highly regarded as one of the great primary care provider. Professional in any sense.
Unfortunate, clinic staff ( specifically susan, et al ) are unprofessional and disorganized. had several bad experience in terms of patient care, coordination and feedback handling. lied and fault finders and worst will even blame patient just perhaps to save their job.
